Thanks to you, Holz Hörakustik continues to grow.
Since early summer employs Andreas Holz in his owner-managed specialty store in Freiburg St. Georgen his trainees Florian Metzen (see photo).
The Company Andreas Holz hearing acoustics has been around since this year, the specialist shop was opened around Easter. Florian Metzen, who wanted to change companies during his apprenticeship, applied a short time later. From mid-June, the young man provides support with all operational issues and has been learning a lot in the company ever since. Andreas Holz involves, challenges and encourages him in almost every process in the specialist shop!
“Due to the multitude of different manufacturers, laboratories for ear pieces and the work in an owner-managed specialist shop, I learned more in 6 months than in the two years before!” Says the trainee. He will have finished his training next year in the summer and is aiming for a master craftsman training course in the future.
As a thoroughbred musician and guitarist since 13 years, Florian is particularly interested in Hearing protection and monitoring of musicians on stage (Supplied on stage with special headphones).
Working with people every day motivates young trainees to learn something new every day, also from their customers.
